About Us

At Project Risen, we create safe spaces where people can come together, slow down, and relate through creativity.

Our workshops are thoughtfully designed to bring you a sense of wellbeing, build emotional strength, broaden your sense of purpose, and bolster the skills and strategies you need to build and sustain mental wellness, no matter where you are in life.

Project Risen founded by Tass & Chermaine

Tass - Mental Health Professional

With over 20 years of clinical and counselling experience, Tass has supported both adults and young people through mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, psychosis, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. She has also walked alongside individuals experiencing deep emotional pain and a sense of disconnection or loss of purpose, providing professional counselling, care, and guidance to help them rediscover meaning and direction. Guided by her faith-based values, she believes that people are designed with purpose, seek hope, and desire to overcome life’s challenges. These beliefs inspire her passion for holistic care that nurtures both mind and body, and her use of a strengths-based approach to help individuals heal and grow.

Today, her focus is shifting toward promoting mental wellness through early prevention programmes and community-based training — a journey that led her to co-found Project Risen.

Chermaine - Creative Professional

With over a decade in the creative scene and at the helm of her own design practice, Deer & Den Design, Chermaine has developed brand solutions for clients ranging from the People’s Association and Singapore Tourism Board to international names like F&N and Thermos. She also leads Fawn Products, a passion project that brings her team’s whimsical illustrations to life through vinyl stickers and craft-based workshops. Having walked through her own valley of depression, Chermaine has come to deeply understand the quiet strength and grace needed to heal. This journey, guided by her faith and love for creative expression, led her to co-found Project Risen — a wellness initiative that weaves art, reflection, and community to support mental wellbeing and gently reflect God’s hope to those in need.
